Anthony Spartalis

National Business & Finance Manager, Urbex

Anthony is Urbex's National Manager of Business and Finance. Anthony has specialist expertise in business planning, financial control, cost and management accounting, financial analysis and value engineering, commercial negotiations and systems development and implementation (encompassing continuous improvement, benchmarking and quality assurance). In addition, he has supervised IT strategy communications and management reporting systems.

Prior to joining Urbex, Anthony held senior roles in Urban Pacific Limited, a subsidiary of Macquarie Bank, from 1996 to 2002. Current projects Anthony has been involved with, mostly as a member of the Project Control Groups, include Ascot Chase (infill build out development with Gresham Property), Georges Fair (redevelopment of former Moorebank quarry with Investa Property Group and Boral), Kalynda Chase (land subdivision in Townsville with Lancini Group) and Mandalay at Beveridge (Joint Venture in Melbourne with the Metricon Group).
