Richard is Urbex's national manager responsible for overviewing urban development, planning, design, product design and delivery. Richard has substantial experience and expertise in master planning and urban design, architecture, management of multi-disciplined planning and design teams, presentation and negotiation of major planning submissions, cost/benefit analysis and the management of development submissions and approvals. His experience has included participation in major project bids, working with world class specialists. He has substantial experience in working with builders, assisting major companies in product development and delivery for landmark master planned urban developments.
