BMD Consulting provides creative engineering solutions for urban development. We have done this since 1987 for a variety of private and government developers, for sites ranging from 2 lots to 3,000 lots.
Our services for land development projects include:
- Development Management - advisory services through to complete product delivery;
- Project Management - control of discrete portions of the project;
- Infrastructure master planning - through various stages including feasibility, purchase, and development approval. Water sensitive urban design starts in the planning stages;
- Detailed engineering design of roads, stormwater, sewer and potable water;
- Contract Superintendence; and
- Construction Certification.
