Project Directors Group

Born from the idea of making sure the best people were put on the critical projects, we decided to apply this model to all projects. The Project Directors group is comprised of senior managers who provide a strong cross section of the skill sets required across the business and across each project. They keep in touch with all projects to ensure that our clients are being delivered the required product. This is a cost effective way of ensuring access for all clients to the best people within our business. The early identification of constraints and opportunities, and vigilant monitoring provides an ideal environment for a successful project. The provision of excellent services requires teams and individuals with desire, knowledge and networks.

Design Leaders Forum

The Design Leaders Forum was developed with the goal of bringing together the best in the business to learn from each other, and develop guides that other design professionals can learn from. The Design Leaders Forum meets quarterly to examine current and emerging issues, and acts as a mentoring network across the offices.

Project Leaders Forum

BMD Consulting's boutique offering of professional services doesn't come without hard work. We develop our people through support networks such as the Project Leaders Forum, where company leaders come together to develop best practice guides that our delivery teams can learn from.
