Zuccoli Stage 1
11 April 2011 - The BMD Group has been awarded the $120m Zuccoli Stage 1 project in Darwin. The joint venture between Urbex and the Land Development Corporation is a unique for the BMD Group with $43m of works secured for BMD Constructions and guaranteed works for BMD Consulting and JMac Constructions.
Zuccoli is a new suburb being developed in Palmerston's East and is located southwest of the Stuart Highway, approximately 20km southeast of Darwin.
The Zuccoli Stage 1 site is bordered by Lambrick Avenue to the north, Radford Road to the east and undeveloped land to the south and west.
