JMac Constructions delivering state-of-the-art solutions

In Victoria, the JMac Constructions team are progressing well on the Jubilee Park project in Frankston.

The project involves demolishing 14 existing netball courts and associated infrastructure and replacing them with 13 new asphalt courts with acrylic surfacing which is the same product that is used on the Melbourne tennis centre for the Australian Open.

The project has been running for over 22 weeks with no environmental or safety incidents recorded. Frankston City Council is pleased with JMac’s efforts and ability, delivering such a high quality product to date.

In line with our philosophy to provide more for clients, JMac was able to offer the council an alternative solution to the layout and method of power supply, eliminating 60 per cent of the nominated underground boring. This offered the client cost savings and sped up the electrical supply in the construction program.

The project is due to be completed by the end of the month with the netball season commencing in May 2016.
