BMD Shows Support in Memory of Jason and Jeff Hall

On Saturday, 28 June 2014, a Memorial Day was held for brothers Jeff Hall and Jason Hall, friends of the BMD family, who tragically passed away in a car accident in the Hunter Valley earlier in the year.

BMD assisted with the organisation of the Memorial Day which included two football games involving friends, colleagues and former team mates. The inaugural Jeff and Jason Hall Memorial Shield was presented by parents, John and Carole Hall, to the winning team of the day, the Warren Bulldogs.

Post-match auctions were conducted with local community members raising over $17,000 in support of the families. BMD donated a 2014 signed North Queensland Toyota Cowboys jersey to help raise money for the brother’s families which was sold off in the auction.

BMD would like to thank the North Queensland Cowboys for their generosity in donating a signed player’s jersey and their assistance in making the Memorial Day an unforgettable event.
