BMD Constructions Awarded Stage 3 of Camden Valley Way

BMD Constructions has been awarded Stage 3 of the Camden Valley Way project in New South Wales.

Camden Valley Way is a major arterial road within Sydney’s transport network linking Liverpool, Narellan and Camden in Sydney’s south west.

The scope of works for Stage 3 will comprise of composite pavement construction, including lean mix concrete and asphalt; construction of bridges over the Eastern Gas Pipeline and Heritage listed Sydney Water Canal; and twin bridges over Bonds Creek. Service relocations for Telstra, Sydney Water and Gas providers are also included in the project.

The Camden Valley Way project has delivered several notable achievements for BMD Constructions including approaching 40,000 man hours with a Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate of zero. The project team have accomplished ‘above expectation’ ratings through the Client’s Contractor Performance ratings.

This project will consolidate BMD Constructions’ reputation for delivering Roads and Maritime Services projects in the Sydney market, building on BMD’s specialist expertise in the road and highway sector.
