BMD deliver major urban residential subdivision on the South Coast of New South Wales
BMD Urban has recently commenced construction of a major urban residential subdivision in Albion Park, south of the Wollongong CBD. The residential subdivision known as Bella Vista is currently under development and expected to be completed in early 2018. The $5.9 million project for client, Villa World is an elevated 87-lot land development with spectacular easterly ocean views.
The project builds on and strengthens BMD’s portfolio in land development delivered on the South Coast of New South Wales having recently completed the Brooks Reach residential subdivision for Stockland Corporation at Dapto, Illawarra.
