BMD Raises Money for Castlereagh Cup Memorial Day

Across all of our businesses and the locations in which we operate, BMD has demonstrated a high level of commitment to all staff, supporting our belief that ‘our business is our people’. What makes BMD different is our value system, unique family driven culture and genuine commitment to all staff.

Earlier this year, two friends of the BMD family, brothers Jeff Hall and Jason Hall tragically passed away in a car accident in the Hunter Valley. Jeff and Jason both leave behind wives and young families having to face a future without a husband or dad.

Jeff and Jason were devoted rugby league fans who played football for their local team the Warren Bulldogs in Central Western NSW and as a young man Jeff also played for the Trangie Magpies.

Both local teams are now playing in the Castlereagh Cup on Saturday 28 June 2014 and a Memorial Day has been organised for the Warren Bulldogs vs Trangie Magpies match.

In light of the Memorial Day, BMD has donated a 2014 signed North Queensland Toyota Cowboys jersey to help raise money for the families.
