JMac Constructions Awarded Lagoon Pools at Robelle Domain

JMac Constructions has commenced works on Stage 2 of Robelle Domain, which now includes a Southbank-style lagoon swimming pool.

Coving 25 hectares, Robelle Domain is a creative, engaging and vibrant public space located in Springfield, Brisbane. Stage 2 consists of a 1.8 metre lagoon swimming pool that will be one of the biggest public lagoon-style swimming pools in Australia. The new lagoon will feature a beach and two other water bodies that will be a desired attraction for the local residents, community groups and businesses. Enhanced lighting, amenities, CCTV, landscaping, seating, BBQs and water fountains will also be installed.

As well as extending walking tracks to the west, this stage completes the link between Robelle Domain and the surrounding Orion Town Centre, Springfield Central train station, Education City and the Parklands Business District.

JMac Constructions continue their long term relationship with Ipswich City Council and look forward to extending one of Ipswich’s favourite public playgrounds.
