Dare joined BMD’s Board of Directors in 2020 following more than 20 years’ experience working as part of the BMD family in various capacities across Queensland and New South Wales. In 2012 Dare was appointed to Group Administration Manager where he focused on continuous improvement and change management, assisting to implement new systems and processes, and overseeing the training and professional development of BMD’s people through initiatives including the graduate and emerging leaders’ programs, and the development of BMD’s inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan as a founding member of the working group.
As Group Executive Director – People and Process, Dare has an active role across human resources and industrial relations, payroll, business systems and technology. Dare is focused on fulfilling BMD’s mantra of ‘our business is our people’ through recruiting and retaining employees that align with our unique culture, and by providing the tools, training and professional development needed to ensure BMD continues to exceed client expectations.
As a collaborative leader with exceptional and diverse business experience, Dare works to empower BMD’s technical leaders by ensuring they are provided with support to deliver best for project outcomes that contribute to the success of BMD’s operational business units.
