Urbex’s Johnston Ridge Three Years Ahead of Schedule

The final stage of Johnston Ridge in Palmerston, Northern Territory has been released to market for sale, signifying the completion of this phase of the development a staggering three years ahead of schedule.

The land release is managed by BMD Group’s wholly owned subsidiary Urbex, who is an innovator in residential and commercial development. Stages 1 and 2 house and land packages have been selling fast as the blocks are in more affordable price ranges for first home owners. So far, 243 blocks have been sold with more than 40 remaining in the development.

Johnston Ridge is scheduled for completion in September 2017 and is said to stimulate housing supply in the Northern Territory by Minister for Lands, Planning and Environment, Peter Chandler.

Significant land releases continue in Palmerston with 750 lots in stage three and four of Zuccoli recently announced by Urbex.
