Experience delivers early completion

BMD Constructions’ Moncrieff East Residential Estate project works have been delivered a combined three months ahead of program across three stages totalling 312 lots.

The Land Development Agency appointed BMD Constructions to the project in September 2014 and a collaborative approach was quickly adopted for the project’s delivery.

BMD Construction Manager – ACT, Justin Devantier said, “The collaborative approach between the BMD team and our client is indicative of BMD’s overall philosophy to contracting. Our experienced project team was able to develop detailed programs, identifying potential issues and utilising mitigation strategies to ultimately deliver the project early for our client”.

BMD Constructions’ scope included all water, sewer, electrical, gas and telecommunication requirements as well as road pavements, kerb, driveways, footpaths, street lighting and creation of ponds and wetlands.
