Wedge Street Pedestrian Bridge Wins Award

BMD is proud to announce the Victorian Wedge Street Pedestrian Bridge recent award wins.

The project was awarded the Capital Project Award in the $1 million and over category for the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA) 2014 Victorian Excellence Awards. BMD was highly commended for excellence in civil construction for the 2013 Victorian CCF Earth Awards in Category 2 (between $1 million and $5 million).

BMD was appointed as the principal contractor to construct this first major public infrastructure project for Wyndham City Council. This project strengthens BMD’s capability in delivering innovative public work for local communities.
