BMD recognises employees at their first annual Dare Awards
The BMD Group hosted their first annual Dare Awards event during July across nine locations, with over 1,000 people attending and presented 24 awards to BMD employees.
The BMD Dare Awards are designed to recognise and reward employees who have demonstrated outstanding performance and the significant contribution they have made to the company’s success.
As a unique family orientated organisation, BMD wanted to acknowledge effort that goes above and beyond expectation, reward excellent performance, and provide an incentive for innovation.
Comprising of six categories, one for each of the five company values plus the highly sought after HSEQ Safety Award, the event successfully brings BMD’s unique culture into the spotlight and recognises outstanding achievement.
To coincide with the 34th Anniversary of the founding of BMD, the awards were celebrated during the month of July in each of our nine regions where BMD operates.
With over 24 awards presented across the country, demonstrates the commitment, innovation and outstanding performance of a wide range of BMD employees.
