About the role:
- Join a prestigious local contractor who has been operating in South Australia for over a decade.
- Contribute to the growth of the Adelaide region through a range of projects for both private and public sector clients across defence, public infrastructure, land development and building industries.
The basic objective of the Project Manager is to have knowledge of the day to day issues that affect the progress of works and make experienced decisions that will maximise the project’s success in terms of profitability, efficiency, contract period and human relations.
The project manager is responsible for managing and directing the team’s outputs to ensure the project is delivered in a safe and successful manner.
Skills and experience:
- Project delivery experience working for reputable contractors.
- Experience in Pre-Contracts will be highly regarded.
- Experience working on DPTI projects required.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering will be highly regarded.
- Collaborative management style and team building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
