BMD was established in Queensland in 1979 by Group Board Chairman and Managing Director Mick Power, AM. Still headquartered in South East Queensland, the Group operates under a diverse yet integrated business model which focuses on three key areas - construction, consulting and urban development.

Wholly Australian owned and operated, BMD has enjoyed strong and consistent growth, with an impressive track record of doubling its revenue every four years.
